Refund policy

Returns

If you wish to return your order the items must be unused/undamaged within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Made to order items CANNOT be returned, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Check the item description to see if it is made to order. Please contact me with any issues. 

Missing/damaged orders

If your order goes missing, is delayed or is received damaged please let me know. All items are sent by Royal Mail with proof of postage obtained so covered for any loss or damage. UK deliveries typically take 1-5 days depending on the service used and USA deliveries typically take 1-3 weeks. Please note during busy times of year orders may take a little longer to arrive. Orders will be sent within 7 days of purchasing.
